Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Desi Tools mobile application (“App”), published by CrazzyCodes (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accepting in-app or by accessing or using the App or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Nature of the service

The App is a utility library for India providing calculators, converters, reference lookups, and informational tools. The App is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. Features may change without notice.

3. No professional advice

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, engineering, or emergency advice. All results are estimates or references for educational and convenience purposes only. Consult licensed professionals and official sources before acting on any output.

4. Data accuracy and third-party content

Some tools use offline datasets, public directories, user files, or online APIs. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or availability. Rates, codes, helplines, holidays, IFSC, pincode, HSN/SAC, emergency listings, and similar data may be outdated or incorrect.

5. Emergency and safety tools

Emergency locator and helpline features are supplementary references only. They are not a substitute for calling official emergency numbers (for example 112, 100, 101, 102, 108) or contacting local authorities. Do not rely on the App in life-threatening situations.

6. User responsibility

Verify outputs before transactions, filings, or decisions
Protect your device and any data you enter
Comply with laws and third-party terms (including WhatsApp, Instagram, UPI, and similar services)
Ensure you have rights to files or content you process

7. Intellectual property

The App, design, branding, and original content are owned by CrazzyCodes or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAZZYCODES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (OR INR 100 IF PROVIDED FREE).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrazzyCodes from claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

11. Advertising and analytics

The App may show sponsored placements and use analytics or crash reporting. Partners may process device identifiers under their policies. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that limited technical data may be processed as described there.

13. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time. Survival clauses (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) continue after termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
